Its been a while since I last posted, so I’ve rummaged a Becks out of my vegetable drawer in the fridge, cracked itunes on shuffle, and I think its time to update you all with recent events.
Sheffield University BUCS Pool Tournament – Great Yarmouth
I can tell you now, walking into a room full of around 40 English pool tables, being tended to by referees dressed in Tuxedos, brushing down and ironing the tables is quite a surreal experience the first time you see it.
One thing our team quickly found out was that the dress code was extremely strict. Two of our players had to go and change their trousers before they were allowed to play their matches, why?… Well one was wearing grey trousers instead of black, the other had black trousers but had black studs on the corners of the pockets.
